Interview a few in depth or everyone on the surface?

Every consultant knows the choice. A few real interviews, deep but slow. You do twelve out of three hundred and what the other two hundred and eighty-eight think stays a guess. Or a survey for everyone, which only gives back what you planned to ask.

With Quisquilia you run real interviews with all three hundred.

What you design and bring to the client stays yours.

Quisquilia does not step into your client relationship. It is the engine under the hood. You stay the consultant, with your name on it.

The client.
Is yours. We do not meet them and we do not appear in the relationship.
The method.
You decide what needs to come out. The interview is built on that.
The brand.
The visual system is neutral on purpose. Documents go out under your identity. Even the deck that presents the service has your name on the cover.
The price.
Is the price of your consulting, not of the platform.

Your hours go where they count.

  1. Define it with the client.

Half an hour to clarify the goal and choose the result you want.

  2. Design the listening.

What you want to understand and with which framework. With us you set up the interviewer, the scenarios and the quality criteria. This part decides the quality of everything else and it is yours.

  3. The interviewers listen to everyone. Quisquilia does this

Voice or written interviews, in parallel. Ten people or five hundred, same quality. You get updates as they go.

  4. Read and interpret.

You take the results to a decision with the client. No output goes out without your reading. And you do not spend your hours transcribing.

The client does not get a pile of transcripts. They get what they needed to decide.

What is inside the interview.

It is not a list of questions.

The full method
  • The interviewer is designed.

Personality, style, goals and quality indicators for the conversation. It is not a generic model with a new prompt.

  • Professional elicitation techniques.

Drawn from HUMINT, the craft of people who listen for a living. Indirect questions, follow-ups that build on the answer, changes of direction when the story opens up.

  • The method is built into the platform.

Interview number 1 and number 500 have the same quality. It does not depend on who was in the room that day or how tired they were.

Where you start.

Almost everyone starts with a probe. The setup stays and can be reused. The second time you start ready to go.

  1. Probe.

    One topic, one question.

One group of people. You get the structured conversations and a summary of the themes that came up.

You design the interview and report what came up.

  2. Project.

A goal to take to a decision.

Several groups compared. You get the chosen output, read together, with its implications.

You design, interpret and guide the decision.

  3. Ongoing listening.

An ear kept open over time.

Repeated waves on the same setup. Each wave brings the output and what changed since the last one.

You own the listening and flag what is moving.

The real question is not whether the interview works.

It is whether people want to do it.

«I finally found twenty minutes to talk with the interviewer and, at nearly sixty, it had really been a long time since […] anything gave me so much satisfaction.»

All the details
  • Who sees what.

What the consultant sees, what the interviewee sees, what stays anonymous. It is declared before you start, not after.

  • The legal framework.

GDPR and the EU AI Act. What matters is who receives the results. If they stay aggregated or go only to the person interviewed, the system is normally not high risk. If an individual result goes to a manager or to HR, it is, and we treat it that way.

  • The document kit.

Data processing agreement, instructions for use, privacy notice templates, DPIA support. They exist and go to your client’s DPO.
