What is Quisquilia AI.
Quisquilia AI is an Italian AI interview platform for the tacit knowledge of companies. AI interviewers talk with the people in a company, by voice or in writing. Their stories become maps of skills, roles and processes.
It is a product of Sharazad, a consulting firm based in Bassano del Grappa, Italy. Until 2026 it was called Tacita.

Who it is for.
HR and leadership
To know what people can do, how they really work and what is lost when someone changes role or retires.
Consultants
To listen to everyone in a client organisation, not just a few people. The partner programme is Superpowers 4 Consultants.
Teams that listen to the market
To interview active clients, prospects and former clients with the same depth.
Associations and events
To collect experiences and stories from many people, without a questionnaire.
What it does.
Skills mapping
Hard and soft skills by department, the skill gaps and a private profile for every person.
Tacit knowledge
What a person can do without being able to explain it, captured before they leave.
Process mapping
How work really gets done, step by step, told by the people who do it.
Job descriptions
Job descriptions written from the real work, not from old role profiles.
AI readiness assessment
Which tasks can go to an agent and which stay with people.
How it works, briefly.
The goal.
We start from a goal agreed with you. The interview guide is built for that role, in the company’s own vocabulary.
The interviews.
Everyone gets a link and talks when it suits them, by voice or in writing. When an answer stays vague the interviewer comes back to the point.
The reading.
AI agents transcribe, anonymise and code everything twice. A reviewer rereads every quote. Three steps need a person.
The results.
Reports, dashboards, maps, job descriptions and knowledge bases. Every number opens onto the sentences behind it.
What makes it different.
It listens to the people inside
The focus is internal knowledge. Skills, roles, processes and everything that is not written down anywhere.
Human oversight
The AI runs the interview. A person checks the results before they are used. Interpretation and decisions stay with people.
Every number has its sentences
You can discuss a figure by looking at what people actually said, instead of believing it or not.
Built for GDPR and the AI Act
People know they are talking to an AI. Data stays in the European Union, encrypted, never used to train models. No emotion recognition. Details in Compliance.

Frequently asked questions.8 questions
Is Quisquilia AI the same as Tacita?
Yes. Tacita is the name the product was born with in 2024. Since 2026 it has been called Quisquilia. Same product, same team, same company. The old address tacita.ai leads to quisquilia.ai.
Why write Quisquilia AI?
Because «quisquilia» is also an Italian word that means a trifle. To find the product, search for Quisquilia AI. Why we chose the name is on Why Quisquilia.
Who runs the interviews?
AI interviewers, and they say so before they start. Their names are Carlo, Michele and Catherine. Behind them are people who design them, reread the interviews and read the results with the client.
How do people take part?
They get a link and talk when it suits them, by voice or in writing. Some do it in the car, some on their lunch break. An interview usually takes about twenty minutes.
How is it different from a questionnaire?
A questionnaire asks people to rate themselves. The interview asks for real episodes and comes back to the point when an answer stays vague. Skills are measured on facts.
Is Quisquilia AI GDPR and AI Act compliant?
Yes. Your company is the data controller and Sharazad is the processor, with an agreement signed before we start. Every project has a privacy notice approved by someone in your company. Data stays in the European Union and is never used to train AI models.
What do you get at the end?
It depends on the goal. Reports, dashboards, maps of skills, roles and processes, job descriptions, knowledge bases and private individual profiles. Examples are on Output.
What are the alternatives to Quisquilia AI?
It depends on who you need to listen to. For consumers there are market research platforms such as Glaut or Conveo. To infer skills from HR systems there are tools such as Talentware or TechWolf. The overview is in the guide to AI interview platforms.
