AI interview platforms in 2026.
Interviews run by an AI serve different purposes. Some platforms listen to consumers for market research. Others measure skills. Few capture the knowledge inside a company.
This guide groups them by use, with two lines per tool and a link to the official website. It is written by us at Quisquilia AI, and we sit in one of the categories.

Market and UX research4 tools
AI interviews with consumers, clients and users, often with a participant panel included. They are built for people outside the company. Interviewing employees needs a privacy notice, a legal basis and rules on who sees what, as explained below. Glaut does the same job and is in the Italy group.

Quisquilia AI
AI interviews for the tacit knowledge of companies, by voice or in writing, in Italian. Maps of skills, roles and processes, with a human reviewer and data in the European Union. This is our product.
When you need a tool for internal knowledge.
Market research platforms work well with consumers. With the people of a company, a few things change.
The speaker is a colleague, not a respondent
You need a privacy notice written for that company, a clear legal basis and rules on who sees what. In the EU the AI Act applies too, and in Italy employment law adds its own rules.
The topic is the work, not a product
You need questions about real episodes, the department’s vocabulary and a guide built for the role. We explain it in Method.
The result is a map, not a market report
Skills, roles, processes, key people. Examples in Skills mapping, Process mapping and Tacit knowledge.
Individual detail is sensitive
If an output is used to assess a person, the system may be high risk under the AI Act. It has to be decided up front. How we handle it is on Compliance.
Frequently asked questions.4 questions
What is an AI interview platform?
A tool where an interviewer based on artificial intelligence asks the questions, listens to the answers and follows up. Interviews happen by voice, in writing or on video, with many people in parallel. Then the platform helps to analyse them.
What is the best AI interview platform?
It depends on who you need to listen to. For consumers and users you need market and UX research tools with a panel. For the people in a company you need tools built for internal knowledge and for workplace rules.
Are there Italian AI interview platforms?
Yes. Glaut works for market research. Quisquilia AI works on the tacit knowledge of companies. Talentware maps skills, but it is not an interview platform.
Are AI interviews with employees legal?
Yes, with the right safeguards. People must know they are talking to an AI, receive a privacy notice and be free to take part. A data processing agreement is needed. How we do it is on Compliance.
